That's the sort of oversight that could leave plenty of potential players disappointed, especially considering how quickly Bron became so popular. As a result of this, one of WWE's biggest rising stars is completely missing from their latest video game. Especially shocking is that Bron Breakker is not only the NXT champion, but he is also widely considered to be one of the standouts of NXT 2.0.
While the delay between development and release has led to a game having inaccurate champions before, said champions are usually still in the game. It's rare for a champion to be completely missing from a WWE game. Yet despite WWE 2K22 including Logan Paul as DLC, Breakker is completely left out of the game. In January 2022, he became the NXT champion. From his in-ring antics, his wrestling style, and even his appearance, the resemblance is uncanny.

It seems those concerns were misplaced, as it's now been confirmed that the game has a whopping 163 wrestlers in the base game and 168 for those that spring for the nWo 4-Life Edition. After all, some very popular superstars were cut from WWE's roster between the releases of WWE 2K20 and WWE 2K22, and so there was some worry that the new game would be light on choices. The past couple of years have seen WWE release swaths of talent, to the point where many fans were expressing concerns about the WWE 2K22 roster.
